30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, sheaths, and accessories included.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or used items
Items returned damaged, used, or in a condition different from how they were sent will not be refunded. Please inspect your item carefully and repackage it the same way it arrived before shipping it back.
How to start a return
All orders are placed and fulfilled through our Etsy shop, EdgeCrafted. To start a return, message us through your Etsy order or reach out via our Contact page. Once we confirm the return, ship the item back at your own cost; refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.
Custom & engraved items
Items with custom engraving or personalization are made to order and are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged in transit.
